Delivery Details

We will try our best to dispatch your goods on our next working day after your order has been placed. All goods destined for UK addresses will be sent using Royal Mail or Business Post services, while all goods destined for international addresses will be sent using Royal Mail, Business Post or Fed-ex. Most services we use will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you are not in at the time of delivery a card will be left asking you to contact your local depot and arrange a further delivery attempt. Alternatively you can normally visit the depot in person with the card and collect the goods yourself.

Delivery charges to the delivery address you specify when placing an order will be calculated on the basis of order weight and destination, and confirmed during the online checkout process.

When you receive your order you must check the contents against the packing note enclosed with the goods. If any items are missing you must advise us within 24 hours using the e-mail address given below. If any items are damaged you must advise us within 3 days using the e-mail address given below. If you do not receive your order within 7 days of receiving our dispatch confirmation e-mail you should contact us for an update using the e-mail address given below:
