By browsing this site and/or buying products from the online shop you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. Ordering from us

 

 

 

You will be deemed to have placed an order with us by completing the full online order process. While carrying this out you will be given the chance to correct any errors that may have been made. Once the checkout process is completed an e-mail will be sent to you to confirm your order details and the products ordered.

 

 

 

Our acceptance of an order is finalised when the order has been dispatched to you and you will be notified of this by e-mail. When the order has been sent you have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

 

 

We may refuse an order subject to any one or more of the below circumstances:

 

 

 

-If the goods are out of stock and thus un-obtainable

 

 

 

-when we cannot obtain your payment

 

 

 

-if there has been a product description or pricing error

 

 

 

-if you do not meet or agree to these terms and conditions

 

 

 

Pricing and Payment

 

 

 

Our Prices are reviewed periodically, and can be subject to change without any prior notice being given. Any order placed by you and subsequently acknowledged by us before a price change occurs will be charged at the price in the original acknowledgement. This will still apply if the actual goods are dispatched after the price change has occurred.

 

 

 

The price of goods listed does not include delivery charges. This is listed under delivery details on this website.

 

 

 

You will pay for goods in pounds sterling in advance of delivery by either credit or debit card.

 

 

 

The price you see is the price you pay and will include VAT where applicable.

 

 

 

For deliveries to anywhere outside of the United Kingdom the payment of Taxes and Custom Duties applied by any local authorities will be your responsibility.

 

 

 

Delivery

 

 

 

We will always try to hold a full stock of the goods we offer for sale on this website. However, if for any reason we are unable to satisfy your order, whatever the reason, then you will be notified of this within 24 hours.

 

 

 

We will in most cases aim to dispatch the order the next working day after the order is placed. All goods will be sent by Royal Mail or Private Courier.

 

 

 

Delivery charges to the specified delivery address will be confirmed during the online checkout process. Delivery charges can be found elsewhere on this website.

 

 

 

Any given delivery dates are stated in good faith by us to estimate delivery times but do not enter us into any contractual obligation to deliver the goods on the actual date. We can accept no liability for loss/damage due to delay in delivery.

 

 

 

Goods will be sent to the address given by you when the order was placed. We will not be liable for any loss or liability if the address is changed, by you, after the order has been sent. It is your responsibility to redeem the goods at your own expense from the address to which the goods have been delivered and to inform us of such an occurrence.

 

 

 

The delivery of Goods will be granted to have taken place after any point at which any delivery note  has been signed by you, an agent, or representative of you. Or any other independent person, confirming delivery of the goods.

 

 

 

You must notify us within 7 days if, after the dispatch e-mail has been received, the goods have not been delivered.

 

 

 

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the goods if any damage has occurred. You will be deemed to have accepted the damaged goods therefore indemnified us from any liability whatsoever, if we have not received notification from you within this time period. Goods should be checked against the delivery note provided and any shortfall notified to us within 24 hours. No liability will be accepted after this time.

 

 

 

Cancellations and Returns

 

 

 

If you wish to cancel your order:

 

 

 

You can notify us by sending an E-mail to the address provided earlier in these conditions.

 

 

 

Where the goods have already been dispatched, you can return the goods to us as long as you are in accordance with the aforementioned conditions.

 

 

 

You can return any goods that you have purchased from us at anytime, for any reason for a full refund of the cost of the goods. As long as it is within 7 days of receipt. The goods must be unused, in their original packaging and in saleable condition. The cost of returning goods to us will be yours, the customers, liability.

 

 

 

If you wish to return goods to us you must send an e-mail with the original invoice number clearly stated to the e-mail address given in these conditions.  This should include details of the goods to be returned. The goods themselves should be returned to the address given in these conditions. We would advise that you use an insured and recorded delivery service and gain proof of posting in case of damage or loss during transit to us. Upon receipt of the goods, we will give a refund of the cost of the goods, providing they match the criteria given in these conditions. We will accept no liability for goods returned to us by other methods or in other circumstances.
